Terms of Service

TutorCore provides the school with subscription-based access to the AI tutor API. The school receives a key and embeds the service into its own products for its students.

The API key is issued to the school and must not be passed to third parties. The school is responsible for keeping the key secure; if the key is compromised, it is reissued free of charge.

Usage volume is defined by the plan: either a daily request limit or an unlimited-tokens mode with a cap on the number of students. Exceeding the limit returns HTTP 429.

The subscription is billed monthly. If payment is more than 7 days overdue, access is suspended until the payment is received; the school's data is preserved.

The service is a learning assistant, not a source of guaranteed correct answers. Final responsibility for the learning process remains with the school.
