1. WHAT DATA WE PROCESS
The text of requests, an anonymous student identifier (issued by the school) and technical metrics: response time, subject, answer rating. Students' full names, phone numbers and email addresses are never shared with us.
2. PHOTOS OF STUDENT WORK
Photos are processed at the moment of the request and are not stored on TutorCore servers. Keeping the original images is up to the school, if it chooses to do so.
3. SCHOOL ISOLATION
Every school is a separate tenant. One school's data, prompts and statistics are not accessible to any other school under any circumstances.
4. RETENTION AND DELETION
Aggregated statistics are kept for 12 months. At the school's request we delete all of the tenant's data within 30 days.
