The approach is correct and the discriminant is right: $D = 25 - 16 = 9$. But there is a sign error in the second root.

SECTION 4 · REFERENCE MATERIALS
Questions before the pilot
Yes. The student attaches a photo right in the chat. The image is processed in the browser and sent for checking — it is not stored on the server. JPG, PNG and PDF up to 4 MB are supported.
One POST request to our API with your key in a header. No SDKs, scripts or npm packages. If you have an HTTP client — the integration is already done.
The agent formats every mathematical expression in LaTeX. Just plug in any LaTeX renderer, for example KaTeX.
Math, algebra, geometry, physics, computer science, probability theory. Specialised in Russian state exams (OGE/EGE). The list grows on request.
Photos are not stored on the server — they are only passed for checking. Dialogue history is stored wherever you choose: on your server, or not at all.
A pilot launches in one business day after the parameters are agreed. Full rollout with tuning for the school's curriculum — three to seven days.
